Paul F. Ryan
- Founder, Managing Partner Mr. Ryan founded Hayfield Capital with a mission to provide superior big-firm
financial advice to middle market and microcap companies. Mr. Ryan has broad financial services and operating
company experience. Before founding Hayfield Capital, Mr. Ryan was COO at Vision Capital, one of the top-performing
hedge funds in the world which specialized in investing in microcap companies. Prior to that, Mr. Ryan was a
co-founder of Ulysses Financial, a middle market advisory firm. Mr. Ryan started his career at Barclays Bank/Barclays
deZoete Wedd, where his financial analysis skills were honed and he received broad exposure to many industries and financial
products. Mr. Ryan was a senior member of the Fletcher Asset Management, a leading hedge fund specializing
in direct investments into public companies. Over his career, Mr. Ryan has played a leading role in several start-up
companies in real estate and high technology. Born in Buffalo, NY, Mr. Ryan earned an AB in Economics from Harvard University
and a JD from Fordham University.

Jacob
D. Hill - Co-Founder, Partner Mr. Hill is
an experienced operating executive and deal maker with 17 years of experience in the media and entertainment industries.
Prior to that, Hill was a publisher of SPIN magazine, where he engineered the turnaround of the 20-year old music and culture
title, and spearheaded its eventual sale to a private equity group. Hill has held executive positions at Marvel Entertainment
Group, Digital Convergence Inc. and Advanstar Communications. He co-founded Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel magazine, with
partners Donald E. Welsh and Mr. Frommer which was sold to Newsweek Inc. as the legendary magazine's first magazine acquisition
in its history. Hill is a frequent guest commentator on the media and publishing business, and serves on the adjunct faculty
of the Columbia University Journalism School Publishing Course. Born in Columbia, SC, Mr. Hill received his AB from Harvard
University.

Harshal Vibhandik - Associate
Mr. Vibhandik is an Associate in Investment
Banking. Previously, he interned with MBIA Inc. and Bentley Associates, an Investment bank where he gained valuable experience
with due diligence and equity research. Prior to that, Mr. Vibhandik worked for four years in the field of Chemical technology
and Operations with two different textile conglomerates in India. At Hayfield, Mr. Vibhandik works on a variety of M&A
and corporate finance transactions in various industry sectors, where he focused on financial restructurings, due diligence
and private placements for middle- and small-cap companies. Mr. Vibhandik holds a MBA from Pace University and a Bachelors
of Technology from University of Mumbai Institute of Chemical Technology India.

Benjamin T. Monroe - Associate
Mr. Monroe is an Investment Banking Associate at Hayfield Capital.
Prior to joining Hayfield in 2008, Mr. Monroe was an Associate at Bentley Associates LP, a boutique Investment Bank focusing
on lower middle-market Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory. His work as a generalist encompassed an array of different
sectors, allowing for proficiency in creating deal materials and handling transactional needs. Mr. Monroe began his
career in New York City at ABN Amro, N.V. (now RBS/Fortis/Santander) as a Financial Analyst. He graduated with distinction
from the University of Wyoming Graduate School of Economics and Finance, where he earned an M.S. Finance.
